A Course in Discovering and Recovering Your Creative Self....for writers, poets, actors, painters, musicians and creative people in all walks of life... The book is by Julia Cameron. It is helpful if you have the book, but it's not necessary if you join the tribe. I can post the suggested work, but the book is very cheap at Half.com.
